Yes. We carry single-project + aggregate bonding capacity from a Pacific Northwest surety. Capacity letter is available on request. We can scale capacity ahead of an oversize award when scope is identified early.

Yes. Apprenticeship ratios are tracked per pay period per project as part of standard cert payroll. We work with WA & OR state-approved apprenticeship programs.

+Do you handle change orders + as-builts on the agency's spec?
Yes. Change orders documented to agency requirements (often three-quote rule on materials, PE-signed engineering memos on structural changes). As-built drawings delivered on the agency's preferred format (AutoCAD or PDF redlines).
